RIGHTS-READY RIGHTS (Limited Edition Work)
Rights-ready images imply our limited edition works which are bought for personal or end-user use only and may be used by the end-user specified at the time of licensing, who is presumed to be the buyer and/or the recipient or the image as a gift. The fee for the image is based on size and/or pedigree. You will be either issued an electronic or a hardcopy certificate of purchase, which should be retained as certification of image's provenance.

RIGHTS-MANAGED (Editorial and Corporate Advertising)
Rights-managed images are licensed on a use-by-use basis. The fee for using the image is based on size of reproduction, placement, duration of use, status of media and circulation and extent of circulation. Charitable publications and campaigns benefit special pricing structures which are subject to application. Editorial and Corporate Advertising images are usually distributed electronically to buyers. When buying rights-managed images, you will be required to provide information that specifies the form of usage, and AGREE to a standard Licence Agreement, before the relevant password can be issued for download. We do not offer exclusive rights for rights-managed images. All rights-managed licences are subject to Photogeny's editorial, rights-managed image Licence Agreement.
